Kirsten Watson

Kirsten leads Deloitte’s national Organisation and Work Transformation team, which is part of the industry-leading Human Capital consulting practice. With a deep commitment to enabling humans through disruption, she works to help organisations thrive in an evolving landscape. She has led enterprise-wide transformation programs that transform people and leader experiences, with a focus on large, industrial, and public sector organisations. Prior to joining Deloitte, Kirsten was the Chief People Officer at Transport for NSW, where she led large-scale transformation to create a customer-centric operating model underpinned by the culture and leadership required to deliver the strategic plan.
