Kimberly is a member of the Consulting Executive Team, the firm-wide Clients & Industries Executive Team and sits on the Australian Deloitte Board. She is responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy for the Consulting practice and the firm-wide sales and pursuits program.
Formerly the National Leader for the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) industry group, she has over 20 years’ consulting experience where she has specialised working with organisations in the US, Asia Pacific and Europe to define and manage complex business transformations and to identify opportunities for simplification and optimisation. She has extensive experience across end-to-end telecommunications, with a focus on customer experience, channel management and marketing, helping organisations meet the constantly evolving expectations of their customers, partners and stakeholders.
