Kate McLean

Kate is Deloitte’s Finance Transformation & Emerging ERP practice leader, providing solutions to finance business process, operating model and service delivery and aligning technology platforms that enable finance functions including Financial Close, Enterprise Planning (Strategic Planning, Financial and Operational budgeting, forecasting, profitability & cost management and Management Reporting).

Kate is passionate about inclusion and building high performing teams while improving the communities in which we serve.  She is the co-market business lead for Brisbane’s Technology and Transformation and Technology team and is a member of Deloitte’s national Inclusion and Accessibility pillar.

Kate has worked for Deloitte in Canada and Australia focussing primarily on the public sector and mining industries. Kate graduated in Computer Science and Commerce and is a member of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand.
