Kate is a senior Partner in Deloitte’s Human Capital Practice. Kate has over 25 years’ experience in working with public and private sector organisations on large programs incorporating business process redesign and system implementation, supported by the people dimensions of transformation. These dimensions include culture, learning and capability development, workforce transition, leadership alignment, communication, talent strategies, HR programs, and organisation design and governance.
Kate leads Deloitte’s K-12 practice in Australia and works across the public sector more generally including Higher Education and Healthcare.
