Karthik leads OperateX, a cross-business unit platform with 15 partners and 250 professionals delivering end-to-end transformation across back, middle, and front-office functions. Under his leadership, Deloitte is pioneering digital-first, full-stack BPaaS solutions that unlock exponential client value—including insight, experience, capability uplift, and sustainable cost-out—servicing both private clients and large enterprises.

A trusted advisor to C-suite leaders, Karthik maintains strong relationships with third-party analysts and industry associations and is a recognised thought leader in global business services and digital operating models. He is a CA, CPA, CMA, Microsoft Certified Professional, and holds a Master’s in IT and an MBA from AGSM Sydney and Ivey Business School, Canada.
