Kamlee is the leader of the Deloitte Western Sydney Tax group, a comprehensive middle market tax practice. She has over 20 years of experience in providing corporate and international tax advice to Australian, in-bound and outbound multi-national organisations across a broad range of industries including consumer products and retail, manufacturing and distribution, and life sciences. Specifically, she has significant experience in advising clients on acquisition and divestment structuring, corporate reconstructions, due diligence advice, financing and effective cash repatriation strategies.
In addition to assisting clients with tax matters, Kamlee views some of her key achievements as contributing to initiatives that help develop and grow individuals or groups of people having herself benefited from quality mentoring and coaching throughout her career. In this regard, Kamlee is an active member on Macquarie University Advisory Board School of Accounting and Corporate Governance and for the past several years has been a guest lecturer in the ‘Accountants in the profession’ unit which directly connects student with senior industry professionals. Kamlee also believes that women in particular often need active support to have the confidence to undertake a senior role within an organisation and since 2008 has also been a mentor in the Lucy Mentoring Program - an innovative longstanding program originated by the NSW Office for Women's Policy (Department of Premier and Cabinet) to inspire, motivate and educate young women about the opportunities available for employment and leadership in the public and private sectors.
Kamlee’s qualifications include Bachelor of Economics, Bachelor of Laws, and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. She is also a Chartered Tax Adviser, a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
