James is a Partner in Deloitte’s Tax practice, specialising in stamp duty, payroll tax, land tax and state royalties across all Australian jurisdictions. Prior to joining Deloitte, James gained over 15 years’ experience working with the Queensland Office of State Revenue and other large firms. James is dedicated to achieving the best possible state tax outcome for his clients, working closely with the broader Tax team to achieve significant tax and duty savings for clients. He is also passionate about giving back to the community and is a Tax representative on Brisbane’s Deloitte Foundation committee.
