Jonathon is a M&A Transaction Services partner in Deloitte’s Strategy & Transactions practice and is Deloitte’s National Head of Private Equity. He has more than 20 years of professional experience providing buy and sell side due diligence, capital markets advice (Investigating Accountant on IPOs, secondary capital raisings etc) and other accounting advice to global and domestic private equity clients, financial sponsors, portfolio companies and listed corporate clients.
Jonathon has extensive experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of Deloitte professionals advising on a M&A transactions across a broad range of industries, including but not limited to technology, media, telecommunications, services, healthcare, retail, education, entertainment, mining services, energy, industrials, logistics, consumer markets, agriculture, manufacturing and infrastructure.
He also has significant experience advising on in-bound and out-bound cross-border transactions across Australia, Asia, North America and Europe.
