He has more than 20 years of experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programs and building innovation capabilities and customer centred strategies for some of Australia’s largest organisations.
As an industry leader for clients in the banking, insurance, and superannuation sectors, he specialises in the combination of both an innovation strategy lens and its practical technology program delivery.
He is currently advising clients on how to design truly customer centric organisations, building innovation capabilities, and executing on their most strategic initiatives. This is being achieved by leveraging customer insights, maximising the value of existing business information and systems, and aligning technology to the strategic direction of the business.
