Jonathon is a partner in Deloitte’s M&A Transaction Services practice with more than 17 years of professional experience providing buy and sell-side due diligence, capital markets advice (IPOs, secondary capital raisings) and other accounting advice to private equity clients, financial sponsors and corporate clients in Australia and the US.
Jonathon has extensive experience advising across a broad range of industries, including but not limited to technology, media, telecommunications, services, healthcare, retail, education, mining services, energy, industrials, logistics, consumer markets, agriculture, manufacturing and infrastructure.
He also has significant experience advising on in-bound and out-bound cross-border transactions including Asia, North America and Europe.
