Jerry is a managing director in Deloitte’s Government and Public Services practice with more than 25 years of experience leading the design, development, and implementation of numerous IT programs and projects. He is a recognized geospatial technology specialist and thought leader who leads the development of advanced geospatial technology solutions that assist public-sector customers.
Jerry holds a PhD and an MS in environmental science from Indiana University. His research focused on using geospatial technology to support regional-scale modeling of carbon cycling and ecosystem function in response to future climate changes.
He previously served as the board chair for Radiant Earth, a not-for-profit organization that enables the use of geospatial data and technology for international development efforts.
