Jason Start

Jason is the TMT Consulting Industry Lead for Australia. He has extensive consulting and transformation experience with a focus on both strategic led growth and cost transformations. He has large scale business operations leadership where he has been responsible for running and transforming businesses. Jason brings deep experience in operational productivity, digitisation of business processes, the customer and employee experience, development and implementation of simple and innovative products, technology modernisation and implementing culture change. 

Prior to joining Deloitte Jason was the deputy Chief Transformation Officer and Executive of the Technology Operations group at Telstra, where he led the cross company productivity transformation over a 3 year period. Before Telstra Jason was a Managing Director at Accenture with 21 years of consulting experience.
