Jason Lowe

Jason is a Partner in our Financial Advisory practice with deep experience of close to 30 years in debt capital markets background both within the banking industry and professional services. Whilst in banking, Jason worked across project financing and institutional clients and focused on cross border transactions being based in both Australia and Hong Kong. In professional services, Jason provides his clients independent advice in structuring complex financing arrangements for both private entities to meet their strategic focus together with public entities in delivery of innovative structures to drive economic wealth. This independent advice covers, capital management, ratings advisory and capital raising across senior debt facilities, bonds, international markets, mezzanine, hybrids & equity.
