Janey is a Partner in Deloitte's National Workplace Integrity practice. She has deep specialist experience in workplace relations including compliance with regulatory frameworks, strategic workforce planning, and enterprise bargaining. Janey has worked in industrial relations in the private and public sector for more than 15 years and holds a Master of Labour Relations Law. Janey has advised on many of Australia's most significant workplace relations challenges, including during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her breadth of experience enables her to leverage best practice and innovative solutions to reduce complexity and improve outcomes.
