With more than 20 years at Deloitte, Ian has held several senior leadership roles, including Managing Partner, Strategy, Risk and Transactions.
He was also the National M&A Leader, Global Leader of Deloitte’s “Future of M&A” program, and a member of the Global M&A Executive Committee, establishing a full end-to-end M&A offering across Deloitte Australia and introducing digital assets and tools such as iDeal.
Ian also specialises in advising corporate clients and financial sponsors on capital market transactions, including due diligence on cross-border transactions, and has acted as Investigating Accountant on a number of iconic IPOs in Australia.
