Helena is the Melbourne market leader for our Consulting practice and has over 20 years’ local and international professional experience in technology and consulting. She is an analytics and data modernisation specialist, working with clients to improve the way they capture, manage and leverage their data to support business stakeholders in making decisions that transform their business. Helena has led teams in developing and implementing data migration at scale (via the cloud), in reporting & analytics and developing insights strategies, including establishing next generation capabilities and architectures and the associated operating models and data governance structures.
Helena engages with senior and C-level stakeholders to help define their vision for data-enabled transformation, set program and project direction and help to establish the case for change. Her experience extends across local, state and federal government and financial services organisations.
