Heidi leads Deloitte Legal’s Corporate and Commercial Law Practice and Foreign Investment Advisory Practice and specialises in assisting foreign investors obtain Australian regulatory approvals, corporate legal advisory and revenue dispute resolution (controversy) services. This includes advising on effective legal entity structuring, acquisitions, disposals and restructures, the preparation and review of a variety of legal documentation, corporations and trusts law advisory and the resolution of disputes with the Australian Taxation Office.
Heidi works with a broad range of clients, including large multinational groups, inbound investors, government entities, large Australian corporates and high net worth private groups. Heidi also leads the Perth Deloitte Legal Practice, with practitioners specialising in other disciplines including state taxes, wills and estate planning and specialist not-for-profit advisory.
