Jen is a tax partner with Deloitte Tax LLP and the Global and National Service Line Leader for Deloitte’s Tax Technology Consulting Practice; leading a team of over 3,000 professionals globally and 900 professionals in the US, focused on tax process and technology. Jen has over 24 years’ experience working with tax executives to address the need for sustained growth within their functions and contribute to their company’s marketplace objectives. She also advises clients on operating model design, data management strategies and process, along with technology integration from ERP implementations to both direct and indirect tax reporting strategies.
Jen is a frequent speaker and published author on tax operations, including the application of emerging technologies in the context of tax and the future tax workforce. She has presented at national and local seminars for Tax Executives Institute, Deloitte’s Strategic Tax Conference, Global Tax Conference, Elite Dbriefs webcasts and has published in Bloomberg Tax, Wall Street Journal, Tax Executive Institute, Financier Worldwide and Deloitte Insights. In addition, she is a facilitator in the Deloitte Tax Lab Experiences focused on Executive Transition Labs and Tax Transformation Labs, guiding tax executives and their teams on their digital journey.
Jen has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan and holds a Master of Science in Accounting from San Diego State University. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in California and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
