Garry has over 30 years experience in providing strategic and commercial tax consulting advice to a broad range of Deloitte clients ranging from multi-national public companies to privately owned entities. Garry has particular experience on all corporate tax areas including tax consolidation, and also has experience in advising on tax aspects of M&A transactions encompassing deal structuring (domestic and off-shore), financing and tax due diligence.
