Frances is a Partner in the Healthcare Technology practice focusing on transforming healthcare services through digitalisation. She has substantial experience in leading digital programmes in the NHS and healthcare organisations. She specialises in clinical process redesign using digital capabilities and establishing and running large scale technology programmes. Prior to joining Deloitte she had a 20 year career in the NHS, with 11 years on the board of a major teaching hospital as COO and CIO.
