Ellen is the Managing Partner, Consulting and is proud to be at the helm of this innovative, growth-leading team.
Ellen was formerly the National Leader, Public Sector and Public Policy and has more than twenty years consulting experience where she specialises in working with government agencies to achieve strategic policy outcomes through the design, implementation and assurance of complex, technology enabled reform programs. Ellen has significant experience working within health and human services, social policy and regulatory agencies to embrace digital transformation, improve service delivery outcomes, and enhance operational efficiency.
Ellen is a member of Deloitte’s Global and Asia-Pacific Consulting Executive Teams. She is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion through her mentorship in Deloitte’s Aspiring Women and Women in Consulting leadership programs.
Ellen holds a B.A. in government and business from Colby College and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. She is an affiliate of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Ellen plays an active role in local and national charitable foundations, including Cystic Fibrosis Australia, and is a mentor for the Centre for Economic Development of Australia and the Institute of Public Administration Australia.
