Dan is a Partner in our Managed Solutions practice which helps clients solve large, complex business issues impacting them due to regulatory remediation, legal challenge or operational issues. Dan has 12+ years' experience across the UK and Australian financial services markets and is a recognised leader in designing and delivering remediation programs due to the work he's delivered for some of Australia's largest financial services institutions.
Dan specialises in leading large operational teams (100+ FTE) with a track record of driving rapid improvements in output, quality and process efficiencies. He has also played a pivotal role in the set-up and ongoing governance of our contractor supply chain and is currently the Deputy Chief Operating Officer for our Managed Solutions practice.
