David has extensive experience in the corporate restructuring sector and he has worked on formal engagements, both corporate and personal. David is a Trustee in Bankruptcy and Official Liquidator. He has been involved in various litigation support matters, including preparation of expert reports in the area of insolvency, business valuations and economic loss. He regularly receives appointments from Government authorities, ATO and other creditors, including secured creditors.
