He supports business, lenders and private equity to bring clarity to financial performance challenges and opportunities, leads profit and working capital improvement programs and develops analytics-backed solutions to improve performance monitoring and ongoing decision making focused on driving financial value.
He is a leader in practical applications of analytics and innovation, connecting fundamentals of business improvement and financial value drivers with new technologies, data analytics & visualisation, and innovative experiences. He blends deep financial and operational acumen with creative uses of technology, analytics, and collaboration to identify opportunities, align stakeholders and create lasting tools for our clients to improve business performance.
