In this role, Dave works closely with our practices in Asia comprising more than 98,000 professionals across 20 geographies, to better integrate and operationalise efforts across the region.
Dave’s career at Deloitte has spanned over 30 years comprising various leadership roles across Australia, Africa and EMEA. He previously served as the Asia Pacific Risk Advisory Leader, Managing Partner for Tax & Legal and Managing Partner for Risk Advisory for Deloitte Australia, as well as held numerous leadership roles in Deloitte Africa. He has extensive experience in consulting major clients globally in the areas of risk, tax and legal, and has also served on numerous global Deloitte task forces working across geographies to optimise Deloitte’s connectivity and impact. Dave has also served on the Africa Executive, Australia Executive and AP Executive Teams.
He holds Accounting and Tax Law degrees and diplomas from Rhodes University and the University of Witwatersrand.
Dave lives in Australia with his wife and four children and outside of work, he has a passion for sports, particularly cricket, golf, and scuba diving.
