Chamanthi is a Partner within the Human Capital Management practice with 20+ years of experience in working with Oracle technologies across Higher Education, VET and K-12 sector. She has led a large number of projects dealing with a range of initiatives in response to strategic change and policy reform impacting this sector in Australia and in the UK. Chamanthi’s engagements have been mainly focused on large Technology Transformation focused on technology optimisation, service and application migration to the cloud and improving student experience. She is also part of the Innovation Advisory Board for a University in Australia.
