Colette is Deloitte's Lead Partner for the Victorian Public Sector and is the Growth Leader for Deloitte's Technology and Transformation Business Unit.
Colette has over 25 years experience in public policy and strategy, and public sector reform. She is a recognised leader in shaping and implementing public sector change programs at a whole of system level and at a programmatic level. Much of her work has focused on improving access and delivering better citizen experiences and outcomes, and boosting productivity through work re-design and technology enablement.
Colette started her career as a Graduate in Federal government, and has worked as a senior executive in the Victorian State Government. She also has a breadth of experience providing professional services to Federal and State government departments. She is committed to working in partnership with government and community organisations to support a thriving Victoria that delivers better and fairer access to services and infrastructure.
