Ciara is a Partner in the HR Technology and Transformation Consulting practice. She has 15 years of experience with Deloitte, partnering with large, complex, global Clients, and leading them through technology enabled HR transformation. Ciara works with Clients at the very start of their HR transformation journey, helping them to define their longer term People and Culture Strategy, and determine how a cloud based HR technology platform can underpin, and ultimately support this strategy. She helps to define solution design guiding principles, which serve as a baseline during implementation.
Ciara then transitions into Solution Architect mode, leveraging her extensive experience, coupled with industry good practice to oversee the design, build, test and deployment of the selected HR technology solution. Ciara maintains an ongoing Quality Assurance role across her engagements to ensure successful delivery, whilst building strong, trusted and long lasting Client relationships.
