Ching is an experienced design and transformation leader with over 20 years leading award-winning teams and projects that specialise in working with First Nation communities, businesses and organisations to create meaningful change.
Ching joined yamagigu in 2016 and leads the Naarm (Melbourne) office. He works across government departments, NGOs and the corporate sector to explore how Aboriginal Ways of Knowing Being and Doing can intersect with service design, digital, data, product development and innovation to drive better outcomes with communities. Ching has led Whole-of-Government digital and transformation projects from strategy, design, implementation and managed services.He has a Master's in Design Anthropology and has extensive experience working with the community control sector. His innovative and respectful approach towards working with clients strongly aligns with yamagigu's purpose, his own Chinese cultural heritage and lived-experience working with communities.
