Chris Atkinson

Chris specialises in tax controversy, working with clients as they deal with their most complex taxation issues.

This includes managing tax audits and risk reviews, objecting against assessments, pursuing alternative dispute resolution, negotiating settlements, and appealing to the AAT, Federal Court and Full Federal Court.

Chris also has significant experience advising clients on the taxation implications of a range of transactions including large infrastructure projects, high profile acquisitions, restructures and financing arrangements. His clients include inbound investors, ASX 20,50 and 100 companies, and large private groups.
