Cameron is the Australian Workforce Transformation Lead within Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting practice, and the global Collective Intelligence Lead within the Deloitte Future of Work program.

Cameron has 20 years of experience consulting in the human capital arena, working with Governments and private organisations to align their workforce with business strategy, with particular focus on work and workforce redesign, sustainability, efficiency and productivity. Cameron has vast national and international leadership experience which spans Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Vietnam, New Zealand and the broader APAC region.
