Joel is a Partner in Deloitte’s consulting business, with more that 18 years experience in delivering large scale digital transformation programs, building innovation capabilities and customer centred strategies for some of Australia’s largest organisations.
With a particular passion for clients in the financial service industry, he specialises in the combination of both an innovation strategy lens and its practical technology program delivery.
Joel is an expert in digital and exponential technologies, creating customer experiences through digital platforms, member portals, ecommerce and measuring consumer engagement.
He is currently advising clients on how to design truly customer centric organisations, building innovation capabilities and executing on their most strategic initiatives. This is being achieved by leveraging customer insights, maximising the value of existing business information and systems, and aligning technology to the strategic direction of the business.
