Alan is the Managing Partner of Deloitte Australia’s Technology & Transformation practice, a member of Deloitte Consulting’s Executive team and of the firms National Executive Leadership Team.
He leads a team of 4,000+ professionals dedicated to helping clients harness technology and innovation to drive meaningful business transformation.
A thought leader in automation, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation, Alan has spent his career leading transformations in asset-intensive industries and holds deep expertise spanning strategic decision making, investment decisions, business model design, operational and asset optimisation, and driving innovation in areas such as AI and climatetech.
Formerly, Alan led Deloitte’s Climate & Engineering practice, providing world-class solutions that reimagine organisations, industries, and the built environment for a more sustainable, resilient future.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia.
