Artie Gindidis joined Deloitte in 2015 to help build Deloitte Australia’s leadership business. With a doctorate in organizational psychology, he focuses on helping clients shape leadership and capability strategy, assess workforce strengths, and uplift capability through innovative development interventions. Gindidis is also passionate about growing our people’s careers and creating opportunities for them to make a meaningful impact.
