Adam is a Partner within Deloitte’s Operations practice, with a depth of experience in helping Financial Services deliver strategic change through a combination of large scale transformation programs and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives. He has expertise across Commercial & Institutional Banking, Retail, Wealth Management and Insurance, with a strong focus on Transaction Banking for Commercial Clients, Digital Channels and Financial Advice. Adam has led the delivery of several multi-year transformation programs, from strategy through to implementation, and in a number of capacities including program management, business analysis, change management, technology delivery, and implementation leadership.
