Joe is a Partner in Deloitte’s Tax division and is responsible for leading the Post Merger Integration team. He has over 13 years’ experience advising clients in the Energy sector, and has been extensively involved with privatisation transactions for infrastructure assets. From the bid process to completion and integration, the most recent projects include the Port of Newcastle, TransGrid and NSW Land & Property Information.
