Tara is a Partner with Deloitte and currently leads the Private Deals and Private Equity practice for Deloitte Private. She specialises in delivering audit, transactions and advisory services across a range of industries including industrial services, construction, financial and professional services and media industries.
Tara is passionate about private business and assisting small and mid cap companies in their growth journeys. She has extensive experience in assisting clients in the acquisitions of new business/operations, including supporting private clients through IPO, PE and sale journeys, as well as strong structuring expertise in both private groups and listed companies.
