Dale has over 24 years’ experience in accounting, financial management, benchmarking, business consulting and profit improvement processes for retail motor dealers, manufacturers, financiers and legal advisors within the automotive industry.

Dale is a regular speaker at AADA, industry seminars and is a key presenter of Dealer Groups and Training Programs.

Dale’s passion is helping dealers improve their people and profitability. His major achievements are the development of Profit Focus industry benchmarks and the first motor industry CRM benchmarks.

ale also leads the Deloitte Dealer Services Global Centre of Excellence working closely with his colleagues in the US, Germany and Japan to help shape the automotive industry to cope with the rapid rate of change with new retail format and enhanced customer experiences.
