Steve has been instrumental in driving market engagement with Workforce Ai Augmentation and leading our Defence clients into the Future of Work and Industry 4.0, creating a smarter, leaner, faster workforce based on the collective intelligence of a human-machine workforce.
Steve moved into consulting after immigration to Australia from Scotland 15 years ago. His expertise in leading Defence Workforce Ai Augmentation is founded in his Defence technology experience as a Submarine Combat Systems Engineer, and consulting experience in both Strategy and Operations, and Workforce Transformation.
