Chris Thomas

Chris is a Principal in the Deloitte Transfer Pricing Team and has almost 30 years of transfer pricing experience in, both inside and outside the ATO. Chris was the ATO’s Australian Competent Authority for 20 years and has a wealth of experience in controversy and bilateral disputes, with a focus on Mutual Agreement Procedure cases and the negotiation of both unilateral and bilateral APAs.
