Robin Jones

Robin is a principal at Deloitte Consulting LLP with over 25 years of consulting experience and is currently the Global Leader of Human Capital for Private Equity. She has spent her career leading enterprise value creation, specializing in M&A, business restructuring, technology-driven change, organization design, and workforce strategy and management. Robin frequently publishes and presents across major academic and media outlets, including WSJ, Forbes, CNBC, Bloomberg, Harvard, MIT, Wharton, and others. In 2020, she was recognized by Crain's New York as one of the Most Notable Women in Accounting & Consulting, and in 2023, she co-authored “Workforce Ecosystems: Reaching Strategic Goals with People, Partners, and Technologies”, published by MIT Press.
