Deloitte has earned 100% on the 2022 Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Corporate Equality Index for the 16th consecutive year in the US, making Deloitte a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality. Deloitte has the distinction of achieving triple certification, receiving perfect scores in the US index, as well as the Global Workplace Equality Index for Mexico and Chile, and earning a spot on their respective lists, Equidad MX: Best Places to Work for LGBTQ+ and Equidad CL: Best Places to Work for LGBTQ+.

Forbes collaborated with market research firm Statista to compile the ranking, by surveying more than 10,000 Canadians working for businesses with at least 500 employees. Participants were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their employers to friends and family.

Three films developed by Deloitte Global are winners of the Cannes Corporate Media & TV awards. Out of more than 900 entries, The Resilient, Can you see me?, and Stand up, speak up each won a silver dolphin award across the Integrated Communications, Internal Communications, and Human Resources categories. This recognition is a great testament to the important messages the films convey about resilience, sustainability, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and allyship.
The Resilient, a film series developed by Deloitte Global to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Millennial and Gen Z Survey won two EVCOM awards for Best Documentary and Best Films in a Digital Campaign, recognizing outstanding achievements in the craft and production of corporate films. In addition, the film series won a Ragan’s Video, Visual & Virtual Award, which recognizes the art of using video, visual design, and virtual events to engage busy, remote audiences.
Deloitte’s 2021 Women @ Work campaign won the PRWeek Award for best global effort and the PR Platinum Award for the best global PR campaign, highlighting excellence and innovation in global communications and public relations. The campaign was recognized for addressing the urgent need to support working women during and beyond the COVID-19 pandemic. The survey examined how gender inequality has been exacerbated by the pandemic, and how to avoid further setbacks.
For the 13th consecutive year, Deloitte featured in Universum’s 2021 World’s Most Attractive Employer, a list of the top 50 most desirable workplaces for business, engineering, and IT students entering the workforce across 10 countries. We retained the #1 position for most attractive professional services employer overall and made top professional services firm in all three student study categories.
Deloitte was named an “Advocate” by Workplace Pride’s 2021 annual Global Benchmark. We scored higher than 90% on the Workplace Pride Global Benchmark survey.
