What impact will you make?
As Manager IT Risk your passion lies in improving business processes, systems and related controls in an ever changing IT landscape. Through analysis, implementation, advice and audits you support our clients in achieving a reliable, secure and responsible IT environment. In your role as participating team lead you are the voice of the client. You are expected to give the client a heads-up for possible problems and then act as a sounding board to find solutions. At the same time you will service and expand your personal network.

- Lead project teams by conducting interviews, guiding business analysts, and serving as the main point of contact for clients.
- Perform IT Risk assessments by testing the design, implementation, and operating effectiveness of IT controls, and provide practical, risk-based recommendations.
- Work on a variety of audit and advisory projects, including IT Risk, cybersecurity, and strategy engagements, while rapidly expanding your responsibilities.
- Collaborate with a high-performing team in a supportive environment that values innovation, continuous learning, and exceptional client service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members through effective communication and collaboration.
- Lead by example, positively influencing clients and teams while fostering an inclusive environment where everyone has the opportunity to grow and succeed.
- Develop and coach high-performing teams by providing challenging opportunities, constructive feedback, and recognizing individual and team achievements.

You need the following qualifications for the position of Manager IT Risk – Enterprise Risk:
- Higher Education background in Accounting (RA/CPA), Finance, and/or other IT-related fields (e.g., EDP auditing (RE), Security Analyst, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
- A relevant industry certification, such as CISSP, CISA or CISM CCSP, CRISC or similar are considered an advantage.
- At least 7+ years’ experience in IT Risk / IT Security / IT Quality Assurance, or Financial Audit with profound IT knowledge (e.g., access control, change management, cyber security, etc.)
- Experience or affinity with designing and/or assessing of cyber and/or information security.
- “Can do" attitude and able to work either individually or with team under pressure (e.g., quality and timeliness of audit reports)
- Strong analytical and advisory skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to work in fast-moving and demanding environment
- Strong commitment, multi-tasking, team player and initiative
- An excellent command of the English and Dutch language, spoken and written. Proficiency in Papiamento is a pre.
