Sam Rolland is a South African-Irish economist working in Actuarial & Analytical Solutions at Deloitte Africa. His work typically focus on economywide modelling and analysis, as well as providing economic expertise to other projects. Rolland completed his MCom in Economics at the University of Stellenbosch, and has also studied at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, The International Institute for Social Studies in The Hague, and the Levy Economics Institute at Bard College.
