Michelle is a Senior Manager in the Workforce Transformation practice within the Deloitte Human Capital practice.
Michelle has worked in consulting for over twelve years and in a variety of human resource related fields for over twenty years. She has consulted with a wide range of companies, both within the private and public sectors, focused primarily on local and Sub-Saharan African clients in the mining and heavy industry, industrial manufacturing, infrastructure, banking, telecommunications and media sectors. Her work experience includes, inter alia, Organisational Design; Job Architecture and Evaluation; Performance Management; Competency Framework Development and Board Effectiveness Surveys.
