Harsha is an Associate Director within the Strategy Practice focusing on Government and Public Services—leading strategic transformation across industries ranging from Mining, Agriculture, Education and Healthcare. Harsha leads highly complex projects such as delivery labs to support national strategy implementation—working with multi-stakeholder groups to solve wicked problems.

Most recently, she supported the 4th Industrial Revolution for South Africa (4IRSA) partnership to engage multiple industries leading up to the Digital Economy summit to shape South Africa’s 4IR agenda. This then positioned Harsha to support the National Government in establishing the World Economic Forum Affiliate Centre for the 4IRSA.

Harsha also leads Deloitte’s development in Value Beyond Compliance (VBC) offering—that supports organisations to drive a shared value mind-set through its transformation endeavours in creating a more sustainable business. VBC is a dedicated community of practice that addresses public policy issues like social development, climate change and economic transformation.
