David Mapgaonkar

David, a principal at Deloitte & Touche LLP, is the Identity practice leader, and, the TMT Industry leader for the Cyber & Strategic Risk practice.

In his Identity Leader role, he is responsible for the practice from strategy, revenue and growth across industries, talent development & scaling, technology & solution innovation to ecosystems, alliances and key client relationships across the US.

In his TMT Industry leader role, he focuses on leading Deloitte’s Cyber & Strategic Risk practice to help solve complex cyber and strategic risk challenges for the world’s leading TMT companies.

With nearly 25 years of experience, David has been shaped by the opportunity to work with some of the world's most innovative companies. He frequently speaks and writes on technology risk topics and has been published in the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and various Deloitte and other publications.

David has a master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California (USC).
