Ghofran has 19 years of ERP Implementation & Consultancy experience across SAP various industries including Government and Public sector, Engineering Construction & operations (EC&O), discrete manufacturing, Transportations, and utilities. He has deep techno-functional experience in solutioning, delivering End-to-End Mega transformation programs on SAP solutions portfolio. Experience of fifteen full lifecycle implementations based on ASAP/Activate approaches with ECC and S/4HANA. Ghofran has deep and wide functional & solutions architecting SAP experience gathered over participating in various phases of regional SAP mega projects, from business blueprint/fit-gaps, realization, system configuration, data conversion, system migration/upgrade, training delivery and development, to system support/help desk. He has SAP configuration and consulting experience in the areas of Project systems and investment management, including project structuring, project scheduling, project costing, project budgeting, project progress, project versions, progress analysis, earned value management, investment program structuring, investment program cost planning, investment program budgeting, and reporting.
Mia Buban
Mia leads the Enterprise Technology and Performance practice for Deloitte Middle East with 22 years of business and technology consulting experience. She has led multiple systems integration projects, various ERP and strategic transformation programs as well as large outsourcing deals for major organizations around the world, significantly in the Oil & Gas industry. Mia also has strong experience across other industries having worked in Utilities, Aviation, Consumer Business and the Public Sector. She has worked extensively in Asia Pacific, Europe, United States and Middle East.
