Value to our clients moving into Africa

By allowing Deloitte to do a short analysis of the current situation, service line and industry experts can define a route to follow, with a clearly defined starting point, milestones and KPIs per milestone to a mutually agreed end date.

Change Management initiatives will address leadership alignment, organisational restructuring to match the transformed business, identifying pockets of resistance, communication and training where required, as well as the recruitment of resources.

Information sessions on how the off-shoring model works when doing large transformation projects, with detailed explanations of the methodology for knowledge transfer to ensure the client understands the impact on his project and organisation.

Sensitivity towards the client allowing them to focus on their core business while Deloitte takes care of the back office on the client’s behalf.

This ensures an end-to-end solution encompassing each stage of the project:

  1. Defining Value – the business case
  2. Strategy and roadmap
  3. Procurement and support
  4. Deployment
  5. Operations – application management support
  6. Value measurement – value tracking and analytics
