2012 Peer Perspectives Surveys

Every day, businesses around the world are faced with a variety of challenges related to their growth and globalization plans, especially when it comes to implementing talent and total rewards strategies and trying to align them with broader business objectives.

What steps can businesses take to meet these new challenges? It all starts with gaining a better understanding of the different ways talent impacts and drives business results.

We are excited to announce the 2012 launch of our “Peer Perspectives” survey series which is designed to collect and share insight from Talent, Tax, and HR professionals around the world in an attempt to better understand how organizations are integrating their talent and business strategies.

The survey this year has been split into two questionnaires to be completed by different experience levels. Both surveys will remain open and available for your input until mid-August.  Please read the descriptions below to determine which survey is appropriate for you:

The results of these surveys will be shared live at the 2012 Global Employer Services Conference and posted to in report form.  As always, your responses are held in the strictest confidence and will be reported only in aggregate form.
